Site Foreman / Supervisor

In this position employees are responsible for the field management of a specific project and the associated work crew including work practices and methods, management of scope and production, safety and site communication with the client and other related project site personnel. Candidates for this position should have several years of trade specific field experience with a good track record.

Project Engineer

In this position employees are working with our estimating/project management staff to assemble proposals, attend project meetings and quantify work scope. Candidates for this position should have a construction management or related degree and/or construction related work experience.

Estimator / Project Manager

In this position employees are responsible for developing and managing a customer base, developing project proposals and managing the administrative and service related portions of a project. Candidates for this position should have construction related experience as an estimator and/or project manager.

Administrative / Accounting

The Alarcon Bohm Companies have positions in basic administrative functions that include reception and administrative assistant roles. We also have general accounting positions in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting. Candidates for these positions should have relevant work experience and/or training and have a solid track record of performance.

Safety Director

The Alarcon Bohm Companies are currently seeking candidates for the position of Safety Director. This position is responsible for the development and management of the organization’s safety program. The position requires both administrative and field duties. Candidates should have a minimum of five years construction related safety experience.
